Who we are
Not'Cho Taco ("we," "us") operates a pop-up taco stand in Richmond, Virginia, and this website for placing pickup and delivery orders. You can reach us at info@notchotaco.com.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, so we can prepare and contact you about your order.
- Delivery address: collected only for delivery orders, used to validate our delivery zone and route your driver.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle it.
- Account information: if you create an account, your name, email, and a securely hashed password.
- Push notifications: if you opt in, your browser's push subscription details, used only to notify you about your own order's status.
- Usage data: aggregated, anonymized page-view analytics via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you individually across sites.
- Your cart: stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) until you check out.
How we use it
Strictly to take, prepare, deliver, and support your order — including contacting you about order status, processing payment, and routing deliveries. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email, for staff account invites only — not customer-facing). We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices
You can disable push notifications at any time through your browser settings. You can ask us to delete your account or order history by emailing info@notchotaco.com, subject to records we're required to keep for tax and payment-dispute purposes.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the business changes. Significant changes will update the date above.
