Ordering
Orders placed through this site are for pickup or delivery from our Richmond, VA pop-up location during posted hours. We reserve the right to limit or decline orders — for example, when sold out, outside our delivery zone, or below our delivery minimum.
Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of ordering. Prices include any applicable tax and a delivery fee where relevant; tips are optional and go to the team preparing and delivering your order.
Cancellations & refunds
Once an order reaches the kitchen it generally can't be changed or canceled — food prep starts fast. If something's wrong with your order, contact us at info@notchotaco.com and we'll make it right.
Delivery
Delivery is handled by our own staff within a limited radius of our pop-up location, during posted hours. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with weather, traffic, and order volume.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to violate these terms.
Allergens
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Menu descriptions are provided as a guide, not a guarantee — if you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with your order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. Significant changes will update the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
